Requirements
- Entry level-fresh grad are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in learning the world of site acquisition specifically in telecommunication industries.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Has a driving license and own transportation.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Performing technical site survey for identifying the suitable candidates.
- Negotiate lease acquisitions and lease amendments required for telecommunications poles/towers/sites installations.
- Oversee specific leasing operations and ensure that assignment and scheduling of related work follow agreed-upon timelines.
- Assist or oversee completion permit applications for submission to authority and coordinate the process.
- Assist the management in tracking and reporting site acquisition self-perform revenue/market credit and preparation of client billing.
