Junior Operations & Event Executive

to support our fast-growing portfolio -- from premium wine events and cafe activations to lounge operations and partner collaborations.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, energetic, and loves being part of on-ground action.

1. Event & Activation Support

Assist in planning and executing events across our brands Coordinate on-site logistics: setup, equipment, manpower, event items, POSM, deliveries & placement. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event flow.

2. Operations & Administration

Handle day-to-day paperwork, basic documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups. Prepare item lists, delivery notes, quotations, simple reports, and inventory tracking. Maintain records for events, outlets, marketing materials, and partner requests.

3. Partner & Supplier Coordination

Communicate with suppliers, partners, and venues on arrangements, timelines, and requirements. Support with sourcing, follow-ups, and ensuring items arrive on time and in good condition.

4. Communications & Multitasking

Manage simple communication flow between teams, outlets, and collaborators. Assist your manager with ad-hoc tasks, planning, and cross-brand coordination. Be adaptable and ready to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Who We're Looking For

You are someone who:

Is organised, proactive, and hands-on. Enjoys events and doesn't mind being on the ground. Can multitask well and handle multiple deadlines. Communicates clearly and confidently. Has good teamwork and problem-solving skills. Loves lifestyle, F&B, or hospitality environments.

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

Experience in events, operations, or F&B. Basic design skills (Canva), social media know-how, or simple Excel skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
