• Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
• Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional organizational skills: ability to juggle multiple trips and details simultaneously
• Logistical mindset: capable of planning trip flows and anticipating bottlenecks
• Negotiation skills: securing the best rates and terms from suppliers
• Calm under pressure: able to handle emergencies and stressful situations effectively
• Process-oriented: focus on building efficient and repeatable systems

Tanggungjawab

• Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts and rates with hotels, airlines, coach companies, guides, and activity providers.
• Itinerary Building: Transform sales outlines into detailed, operational itineraries with confirmed services, timings, and contacts.
• Booking & Confirmation: Secure and manage all elements of a tour (rooms, tickets, transfers) while overseeing inventory.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive travel packs, vouchers, itineraries, and emergency contact lists for clients.
