payment discrepancies, failed transactions, and exception cases

looking to build a solid foundation in banking operations.Training and guidance will be provided, no prior 3-year experience required!
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
first point of contact
for payment queries via Email / SWIFT Assist ininvestigating payment discrepancies and failed transactions
Perform verification and documentation of investigation cases with accuracy SupportSLA timelines
and follow operational procedures Manage customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Monitor system availability and escalate issues when needed Participate inUAT and operational improvement projects
Who Should Apply
Fresh graduates or candidates with
banking internship / trainee experience
0-3 years of experience inbanking, remittance, payments, or financial operations
Strong attention to detail andfollow-up skills
Able to work in afast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Goodcommunication and coordination skills

Bachelor's Degree in
