About The Role

We're looking for a

Junior Performance Marketer who lives and breathes eCommerce growth. Your mission: make every ad dollar count. From lowering CAC, improving conversion rates, scaling AOV, to driving omni-channel profitability, you'll be the one holding the growth engine together.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) to stay efficient and scalable. Drive high-quality leads and buyers with strong conversion rates. Grow Average Order Value (AOV) on first purchase and beyond. Deliver profitable ROI (above breakeven) and trackMER across multiple platforms. Define and refine Customer Avatar & offer strategies for sharper targeting. Guide and test a high volume of creatives (up to 100 per week) with the team, guided by data. Handle daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for full transparency. Collaborate with creative, growth, and content teams ? contribute ideas, align strategies, and scale fast. Execute campaigns across omni-channel platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, and more).

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical mindset with a creative sense (know what converts, not just what looks good). Experience: Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing / eCommerce. Hands-on exposure to paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) is an advantage. Comfortable with teamwork, problem-solving, and idea contribution. Driven to learn, test, and improve constantly.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
