Job Description
A Junior Performance Tester with LoadRunner experience is responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance tests using HP/OpenText LoadRunner to assess application stability and scalability under load. This includes scripting, test data preparation, scenario execution, analysis, and reporting on performance metrics and defects. The role requires experience with LoadRunner and the ability to work independently on tasks like scripting and analysis.
