About the Role

We are seeking a

Junior Project Management Officer (PMO)

who is fluent in

Mandarin and English

to support our project delivery operations. The ideal candidate will assist the PMO team in planning, tracking, documentation, and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards. Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and project status presentations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or administrative project roles.

Fluency in Mandarin and English

(written and spoken) is

mandatory

. Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet). Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT or financial industry projects is an advantage. Familiar with project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall.
