Job Description

• Control and monitor process parameters of all machines to ensure Quantity demand/ Quality/ Customer\xe2\x80\x99s specifications are met.
• Communicates and coordinate with Maintenance technicians / Engineering Personnel regarding process and product quality to ensure machine is producing quality products.
• Coordinate in mould and machines testing and evaluation to resolve process problems.
• Carry out work according to machine manuals, SOP, work instruction that relates to machines.
• Running, maintenance / repairing, process activities and to conduct housekeeping activity according to Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule.
• Record all PM maintenance and process activities and maintain product quality.
• Troubleshooting for machine related issues.
• To standby on call for any urgency issue and support for overtime works whenever is needed.
• Ensure good housekeeping of the workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Our company are located in Penang strategically, which allow us to serve South East Asia Market efficiently, which is Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei and Australia. Our company has established for more than a decade involving in manufacturing of paper pulp molding packaging products mainly for eggs that has intensity and elasticity, which can reduce transportation cost.
