Job Summary: The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality ingredients, beverages, and other supplies essential to our operations. • Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Cost Management:

• Adhere to budget constraints and seek opportunities for cost savings.
• Analyze and compare supplier costs to optimize procurement expenses.
• Quality Control:

• Ensure all procured goods meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly.
• Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, pricing changes, and new products.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, supplier metrics, and cost analysis.
