Support procurement operations, including processing documents.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate order confirmations.
Maintain procurement records and ensure documents are properly filed and updated.
Monitor delivery timelines and report any delays or issues.
Assist in supplier sourcing and price comparisons under guidance.
Help track inventory levels when necessary.
Perform administrative tasks related to procurement, such as scanning, emailing, data entry, and record-keeping.
Follow procurement policies and instructions provided by the Procurement Executive.
Carry out other tasks as assigned to support procurement functions.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to take instructions and work with minimal supervision.
