Position: Junior Product Manager As the Product Owner/Manager, you will be the driving force behind the development and enhancement of our product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs, a knack for effective collaboration, and a track record of successful product launches. What we expect: 1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy that aligns with company goals and market trends. Conduct market analysis, user research, and competitive assessments to inform product decisions. Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and user stories. 2. Product Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developer, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and prioritized. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring a shared understanding of product requirements. 3. Product Optimization: Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing user feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for optimization and work with the team to implement enhancements.1 Your Qualifications, Knowledge & Skill: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, etc.). Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experienced in project management software such as Jira, Confluence and Figma. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. To Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Product Management. Prosess prototyping skill is a significant advantage.
