Junior Product Manager

Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Assist Product Managers in gathering requirements and crafting scope and user stories prior to development.
• Propose improvements to products for an enhanced user experience.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement effective solutions.
• Engage closely with Product Designers, offering input and ideas.
• Set priorities for new feature implementation and establish clear timelines.
• Coordinate with the marketing to ensure successful product promotion.
• Assess user feedback post-launch and provide timely reports.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, marketing, business management or similar field.
• 1-2 years experience as product analyst/ product management/ business analyst/ or data analyst.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Understanding and using data to make decisions and reports.
