About the Role

Are you a creative thinker who loves blending marketing ideas with product storytelling? We're looking for a

Junior Product Specialist

who can bring fresh energy and insights to our growing team. You'll work closely with senior team members to design impactful campaigns, ensure our platforms are optimized, and help deliver engaging experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior team members to

plan and design promotional campaigns

that drive engagement. Gather

market insights

and stay up to date on trends related to

product, UI/UX, and promotional events

.

Create and translate content

accurately between Mandarin and English to support campaigns and product launches. Partner with

design and IT teams

to maintain website information, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct

quality control and assurance (QCQA)

for the website -- monitor for bugs, check speed optimization, and ensure platform stability.

Qualifications:

Minimum

Diploma qualification

or higher. At least

1 year of experience

in

B2C content marketing

or

event-related roles

(with at least

6 months in the same company

). Skilled in creating

viral and engaging content

using

gimmicks, clickbait, and memes

to boost engagement. Strong

attention to detail

, time management, and prioritization skills.

Self-motivated

with a strong sense of

ownership and accountability

. Excellent

communication skills

and a collaborative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
