Develop a thorough understanding of the drawings, schedule, and specifications. Prepare material take-off and issue Purchase Requisition. Coordinate and monitor fabrication progress - ensuring quality, schedule and client requirements are met. Prepare RAW Material Requisition Form to obtain the necessary items for sub-contractors/foreman. Supervise and monitor all activities of work by sub-contractors/foreman/workers. Ensuring adherence to all procedures in the workplace by all parties involved. Reporting of work progress and other relevant matters regarding project activities. Prepare and monitor delivery process of completed products. Project documentation compilation. To communicate effectively with engineering, production and client representative. Item 1-9 apply to small projects. To monitor and conduct the surveillance the effectiveness of the HSE system at the workplace. To supervise the implementation of HSE system at the workplace and correct the workers in any violent of HSE rule and procedure. Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering Good communications skills. Strong knowledge of ASME/TEMA standards and vessel fabrication process (welding, NDT, hydrotest, inspection) Must be able to speak, read and write in Mandarin. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
