We are a company that is expanding and are looking for a

dedicated Project Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating with users, and ensuring successful implementation of systems and applications. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the full project lifecycle--from planning and execution to delivery and support.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely execution. Allocate resources efficiently and coordinate with relevant teams.

Technical Documentation & Reporting:

Prepare project reports, system design documents, acceptance test reports, SOPs, user manuals, and technical documentation.
?

Customer/User Coordination:

Work closely with customers/users to gather requirements and provide updates. Ensure customer/user expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
?

Infrastructure, Applications & System Implementation:

Work with project teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies. Provide support in application development, testing, and implementation.

Project Compliance:

Assist in project costing and claims. Ensure projects comply with industry standards and company policies.

Software & Tools:

Knowledge of IT systems,

applications

, network infrastructure, and cloud technologies. Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

At least

1 year of relevant working experience

. Experience in IT project management, system implementation, or related areas. Knowledge of

software development, system integration, and IT infrastructure

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
