Job Description
- To assist Senior Project Executive in estimating, budgeting & cost control of construction projects
- To assist in the analysis & evaluation of project costs to ensure they are accurate & reasonable
- To assist in the management of project budgets, including monitoring & reporting on actual costs against budget
- To carry out sourcing of building material suppliers, request for quotations & preparing price comparison for procurement
- To visit project site for site valuation
- Good knowledge in contractual matter
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Required language(s): Bahasa English, Malay & Mandarin
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
