Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Project Manager

to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will assist senior project managers in managing timelines, resources, budgets, and communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities to meet objectives and deadlines. Support senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies. Coordinate communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. Monitor deliverables to ensure they align with project requirements and quality standards. Help manage resources and ensure effective allocation based on project priorities. Support post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira). Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile certification) is an added advantage. Experience supporting IT or software development projects is a plus.
