WE'RE HIRING - JUNIOR PROPOSAL & CONTRACT EXECUTIVE (FRESH GRADUATE)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Proposal & Contract Executive to support the preparation, coordination, and management of proposals, tenders, and contract documents. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating proposal and tender submissions

Support document preparation including quotations, budgets, and cost estimates

Help maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, and company registration documents

Communicate with internal teams and clients for contract-related follow-ups

Support in attending briefings and client meetings alongside senior staff

Assist with updating insurance and compliance documentation with other departments

Requirements:

? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Legal Studies, or related field

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

? Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

? Good written and verbal communication skills

? Able to multitask and work under deadlines

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory):

Internship or academic project experience in contracts, tenders, or proposals

Familiarity with the oil & gas industry
