A. Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare project budget
• To monitor and update project monthly expenses
• To prepare BQ, sourcing for sub con quotations, comparison, and negotiation
• To Assist PM on checking and comparing quantity/price for VO items
• To prepare LA from developer, submission of CIDB & Insurance for all new project
• To prepare LA to Subcontractor
• To prepare Consultant & Subcontractor Progress Certificate
• To do taking of for all building, structure & infra works
• To process Subcontractor progress claims & taking off.

B. Job Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Civil Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Able to think critically and solve problems efficiently
• Familiar & good in using Glodon Software (TAS & TRB)
• Good communication in English & Bahasa Melayu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
