Execute manual test cases under guidance from senior QA.
Log and track bugs using Trello.
Perform functional, UI, and smoke testing.
Support regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Assist in preparing UAT scripts and documentation based on system requirements.
Help maintain and organize the test case repository.
Work closely with developers and consultants to understand requirements.
Support documentation and contribute to user training materials.
Collaborate with the system support team for user training.
Requirements
:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
0-2 years of hands-on experience in software testing
Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn QA methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Jira.
Basic exposure to Swagger / Postman for API testing and SQL for data checks.
Experience with academic or internship projects related to software testing.
Awareness of browser developer tools or test automation fundamentals.
