Job Description
Our expanding IT team is hiring Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to support our daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the best user experience is achieved, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
RESPONSIBILITY
You will play an important role in:
Communicating with Project Stakeholders to understand product requirements. Creating test cases according to specifications provided. Conducting test activities to ensure product deliverables comply with requirements defined and document test results. Reporting software defects and work closely with Software Engineers for root cause analysis. Performing re-test based on software fixes. Participating in production deployment activities such as documentation, briefing and training. Participating in post-production deployment support and work closely with team members to resolve issues reported.
REQUIREMENT
We will need you:
To have Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. To be quality focused, detail oriented, clear communicator & analytical thinking.

Have solid knowledge/skills in relevant fields: financial technology, cashless payment, server application setup and administration, cashier.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
