About the role

As a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Seki Aoi Techno (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality and reliability of our products. Based in our Bukit Rambai Melaka facility, this full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing robust quality control processes across all stages of production.

Work with functional teams to solve quality issues and meet KPI target. Liase with Quality Manager and Quality Technician on quality-related issues to follow-up on effective corrective and preventive actions. Corrective action and follow up the rejected goods and other customer claims. Assist Quality Manager to achieve and maintaining product quality to meet customer satisfaction. Perform internal audit and ensure that quality system in place at all times Ensure that the quality system conforms to ISO requirements and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) Establish and implement in-house quality monitoring system Ensure continuous improvements in process and procedures implemented in manufacturing Maintain and upgrade product quality level. Responsibility to judge the defective products. Supervise team work. In charge of counselling and discipline process for the subordinates. Specification control of customer transaction. Evaluate reliability and first approval for new models. Make judgement of newly model introduced. Regularly check the reliability of mass production products and run various tests on finished products Treatment of quality abnormality found at product. Prepare quality reports to management. Performs other duties as assigned or required by Manager

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:14000 is an added advantage Good problem-solving skills with attention to details. Prefer candidate with working experience in Manufacturing. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word and Excel, are necessary. Good verbal and inter communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Japanese will be added advantage. Able to work under time pressure Self-discipline Working Time: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
