JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b

• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
• Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews, and analysis to assess their quality.
• Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefits the
• company.
• Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous
• record keeping.
• Review invoices for accuracy and ensure payment are made on time.
• Preparing monthly progress claim and certify payment.
• Have experience in purchasing.
• To be responsible in overall contract administration.
• To conduct project measurement and valuation.
• To produce variation order, compilation, and costing.
• To prepare and submit progress claims and progress reports.
• To attend site meetings with the Management / consultants / contractors.
• To issue Letter of Award to sub-contractors and follow up on the progress.
• To process claims from sub-contractors for payment.
• To prepare final measurement and final account.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b

• Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveyor or a related field.
• At least 2-3 of working experience in Quantity Surveyor.
• Have experience in purchasing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible for overall contract administration.
• A minimum Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management.
• A minimum 1 year in the same working scope (in construction / consultant firm).
• Fresh Graduate encourage.
