Position:

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Location:

Solaris Mont' Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

Report directly to the Board of Directors, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making Work independently while supporting the contract department in all pre- and post-contract activities, including tender preparation and main contractor claims Participate actively in tender submissions and site progress meetings Communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably within a main contractor or industrial project environment Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to communicate in a diverse work setting Strong skills in MS Office and AutoCAD Own reliable transport for daily commute
