Junior Recruitment Consultant
to join the supportive team and help drive the continued success.As a HR Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Source, screen, and interview candidates. Build and maintain strong client and candidates relationships, understanding their needs and wants. Coordinate interviews and provide candidate feedback.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration and relevant fields. Passionate in developing career in HR industry. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently. A team player who's also self-motivated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
