We are looking for Senior/ Junior Recruitment Executive to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of frontline staff.

:

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals and social media platforms etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Support recruitment events or initiatives Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

:

Possess a minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, Communications, Business Administration or relevant fields. Candidates with 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience in blue collar field or mass-recruitment. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good communication and multitasking skills. Able and willing to work for 6 days a week (weekdays work from office, weekends work from home).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
