Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain backend features under guidance. Participate in code reviews and learn best practices. Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Assist in database management (PostgreSQL, Redis).
Requirements

0-2 years of backend development experience. Basic understanding of Ruby on Rails (or strong OOP fundamentals + eagerness to learn Rails). Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL) and REST APIs. * Ability to write clean, testable code (can explain basic testing principles).
