Sales Administrator

Legrand Group Brands (M) Sdn Bhd is hiring Sales Administrators to support our growing sales team! We have 2 full-time roles available:
Data Management - Maintain sales records, update customer databases, prepare reports, and support the sales team with SAP, Salesforce & Excel.
Operations Support - Assist Head of Sales with quotations, proposals, meetings, travel arrangements, and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent, with min. 2 years' admin/secretarial experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel a must).
Good communication in English & Mandarin.
Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Malaysian citizen, willing to work in Balakong.
Preferably female, below 30 years old.
