Respond promptly to customer inquiries through WhatsApp Business. Follow the provided sales script to present and promote products effectively, aiming to convert leads into sales. Proactively follow up with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Support online campaigns and content efforts to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

Proven experience in closing sales via WhatsApp Business. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Strong customer service mindset and results-driven attitude.
