Junior Sales Executive
to join our Southeast Asia team.

Position Overview
The
Junior Sales Executive
will play a key role in expanding GWS's market reach and strengthening customer relationships across Malaysia and Singapore. This position focuses on enhancing field coverage, improving customer responsiveness, and driving regional growth. The successful candidate will manage distributor relationships, develop new business opportunities, and promote GWS pressure tanks and solutions to consultants, contractors, and developers.

Southeast Asia Regional Sales Manager
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales territories across
Malaysia and Singapore
.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
Strengthen relationships with
distributors, contractors, consultants, and developers
.
Conduct regular field visits to consultants and project sites to promote GWS products and ensure product specifications in project designs.
Support the Regional Sales Manager with
quotation preparation, order processing, and coordination
with internal teams.
Monitor project pipelines, market developments, and competitor activities; assist with
quarterly market and sales reporting
.
Participate in
trade shows, exhibitions, and technical training events
to represent GWS.
Travel frequently between Malaysia and Singapore for meetings, training, and customer visits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
preferred (Engineering, Business, or related field).
1-3 years of experience
in sales or business development, ideally within
water systems, building services, or industrial products
.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
; proficiency in
Mandarin
is an advantage.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Independent, self-motivated, and able to work cross-border
between Malaysia and Singapore.
Based in
Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur or Johor region preferred)
with flexibility for regional travel.
Relevant sales or project experience in
industrial, water, or building materials sectors
is advantageous.
