JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the sales process through CRM.
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain CRM database.
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in sales team meeting
  Researching prospects and generating leads

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communicator
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent phone and presentation skills
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and sales software programs
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Skilled in creating customer focused presentations followed up with great story telling solution presentations
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of market research industry trends, competitive strengths and weaknesses.
  \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work both independently, as well as in team environment
