Job Responsibilities

Actively acquire new customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups. Generate leads and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Address inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and provide excellent service before and after sales. Assist the Assistant Sales Manager in planning & overseeing daily sales activities to improve efficiency. Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely payment collection from customers. Support marketing plans, proposal preparation, and sales presentations as needed.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma in any field or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Mandarin

or dialect speakers are preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients. Good communicator and pleasant looking. Punctual and well-disciplined in conduct. Team player with good attitude in covering peers to ensure company's good image is maintained at all time. Responsible and full of integrity, dealing with customers, peers and superior. Multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Based in

Kulai, Johor
