• Minimum Education Level SPM
• No sales experience is required (retail experience preferred)
• Responsible, eager to learn
• Cheerful, proactive, and a good team player
• Positive attitude and good communication skills to attract and guide customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide professional product introductions and sales services
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and enhance customer satisfaction to boost sales
• Manage daily store operations, including product display, inventory management, cashiering, and sales record-keeping
• Maintain a clean store environment and ensure products are neatly and aesthetically arranged to enhance the shopping experience
• Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues, maintaining good customer relationships
• Assist with promotional activities to boost store sales
• Stay updated on company products and market trends, continuously improving sales skills and service quality
