Requirements:

No specific educational level required. Preference for male candidate Previous experience serving high net worth, luxury customers in any field or industry. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software applications an added advantage but not mandatory. Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Fresh graduate are welcome!

Sales Target Achievement

:

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship-driven selling and superior customer experience. Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client preferences and anticipating needs.n Actively contribute to the team's overall sales performance and goals.

Team Collaboration and Coordination

:

Foster effective collaboration and coordination within the team and across departments. Liaise with teams to ensure seamless travel experiences and operational efficiency. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other team leads to share best practices, align strategies, and drive continuous improvement. Maintain open lines of communication, sharing relevant information and updates with team members and stakeholders.
