\xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales, campaigns, property launches or Exhibitions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist in controlling, executing, and managing marketing events to meet set budget and criteria of Sales & Marketing objectives & plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with prospects, bankers & solicitor. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing Sales & Marketing report, correspondences, and minutes of Sales Meeting. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide proper document filing system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Propose innovative initiatives (promotional techniques, offers) within the objectives of distribution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending to Purchasers/Customers enquiries. Requirements :- \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management/Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate without a Tertiary qualification but possess numerous years of relevant working experience and a good track record in Sales & Marketing are strongly encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess team working spirit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Aggressive with good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self motivated with strong desire to succeed and ability to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language.
