Job Requirements:

Education

: minimum STPM or Diploma.

Experience

: 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing, event sales. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people. Passionate about social causes and motivated by results. Reliable, adaptable, and positive--even outdoors in all weather! Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role.

Job Scope:

Engage with members of the public face-to-face in outdoor settings. Share inspiring stories about our mission and encourage people to become long-term supporters. Work as part of a fun, motivated team that celebrates success. Achieve daily and weekly targets. Represent the organization with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Career Progression:

Leader: Learn the art of ethical, persuasive communication. Junior Team leader: Support new members and lead by example. Team Leader: Manage, motivate, and develop your own team.
