Job Position \xe2\x80\x93 JUNIOR / SENIOR CNC MACHINIST ( JOHOR BAHRU )s

• Learn Set up / Operates / line & macro programming CNC Machines.
• Read, interpret & execute various machining works using CNC and NC vertical / horizontal lathe involving milling, requirements.
• Develop and prepare CNC turning / Milling program for CNC machining operations through the established application and process flow in accordance with customer requirements
• Capable to use AutoCAD, UG (2D / 3D \xe2\x80\x93 NX10,Master Cam, Fanuc Controller, 2D & 3D drawing and common measuring equipment in parts, jig & fixtures
• Selection of cutting tools and determining machine speeds and feed rates.
• Knowledge of machine shop processes, part specifications and machine capabilities.
• Studies technical drawings, manuals, specification together with process engineering and determine on the process sequences, control, method, tools in product realization
• Involved in project improvement targeting on CNC Program upgrading, material saving and reduce cycle time
• Assist in provide training to machinist on CNC machine operation and fundamentals requirement
• Develop and select the best tools and fixture designs in accordance with customer or internal requirements
• Monitor and control materials and cutters to ensure production running smoothly.
• Prepare process and working instruction sheets for machine operators and maintain library records
• Ensure all machines perform at most optimal operating conditions to ensure actual process cycle time and cost at par or better than pre-determined parameters
• Learn the responsibility of all facets of setup and inspection up to and including first piece inspection
• Carry out daily machine preventive maintenance and 5S activity.

Requirements

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Must be detail orientated, a self-starter, and works well as part of a team
• Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with a flexible approach
• Comfortable using tools and maintaining machinery.
• Willing to learn, friendly, healthy, and able to work under stress & independent.
• Safety conscious behaviour.
