Position overview
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Junior/Senior Sales Executives to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, especially in payment gateway or fintech solutions, and a passion for helping businesses grow through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for payment gateway solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and corporate clients.
Conduct sales presentations, products demos, and negotiations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure excellent client experience.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
For Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in payment gateway, fintech, or merchants acquiring)
For Junior Executive: Candidates with 1-2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Own transport and willing to travel (if required)
