Discuss and understand a client's technical requirements and operational challenges.
Explain product solutions in a way that is clear and accessible to clients, highlighting the technical benefits and features and how it helps resolves customer's operational challenges and pain points.
2. Customer relationship management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions offered by our Overseas Principals/Partners.
Help prepare sales proposals, quotes, and respond to requests for information.
Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
3. Post-sales support:
Provide technical support to existing clients to help them solve problems with installed equipment or delivered product solutions.
Ensure the client receives the correct products and that they are happy with their purchase and its performance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
