Job Description
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Biomedical or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Adapt to changing work schedules.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Highly discipline, positive attitude, and effective communication skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license, willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin or other dialect.
- Take full responsibility on the job.
- Delivery, installation, and testing & commissioning of medical device.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service request.
- Provide technical support to resolve customer's machine issue.
- Trouble shooting and liaise with manufacturer.
- Perform demo and user training on site.
- Attend to customer visiting, health screening event, and exhibitions on weekend when IT is needed.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
