Requirements

• Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in site supervision (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
• Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Able to read basic technical drawings
• Own transport and willing to travel to site

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising site works to ensure quality and timely completion
• Support coordination with designers, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor compliance with safety and project specifications
• Assist in managing site workers and daily site activities
• Conduct basic site inspections and report issues
• Prepare simple progress reports and updates to senior team
