Job Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site work and personnel, both direct workers and subcontractors.
Monitor progress, resources, and project timelines to stay on schedule.
Attend site meetings and report on progress to the Project Manager and Site Engineer.
Ensure all safety, health, and environmental standards are followed by everyone on site.
To liaise with Inspector of Work (IOW) for inspection related.
Monitoring and check out of Material received at site to follow standard and follow specification.
Monitoring of concrete delivery on site follow a correct grade and record in our Concrete Delivery Record.
To ensure that workers and subcontractors adhere to good house-keeping.
Understand and interpret construction drawings related to your work.
Manage materials and manpower to meet project needs.
Job Requirement
With or without experience in construction site supervision.
Good communication.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Willing to work late.
Alert and attentive to workers' needs and site conditions.
Must be able to work diligently and faithfully.
