Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
Assist in developing and executing content plans, supporting the creation of text, images, videos, Reels, and Shorts for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube. Use user-friendly tools like Canva and basic features of Adobe Creative Suite, along with video editors (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) to produce appealing assets under guidance. Familiarity with AI Image or Video generations tools is a plus. Help craft captions and copy that align with brand voice, while learning to optimise for algorithms and trends through team feedback.
Campaign Management:
Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and ads. Help maintain content calendars and posting schedules to ensure consistent presence. Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with company goals.
Community Engagement:
Monitor channels for basic interactions, assisting in responding to comments, messages, and feedback to build community. Support partnerships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) by researching and coordinating outreach, focusing on authentic collaborations.
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Aid in tracking KPIs like engagement, reach, and conversions using tools such as platform insights and Google Analytics. Assist in generating simple reports and suggesting optimisations, with training on data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
Basic familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro). Understanding of key social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook., LinkedIn) and their features - no deep algorithm expertise required yet! Exposure to social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
Creative Skills:
Strong eye for visual design and basic storytelling to support compelling content. Enthusiasm for creativity and innovation, with a portfolio of personal or academic projects that demonstrate potential.
Strategic & Analytical Skills:
Basic experience with research and data analysis to develop and present content ideas. Familiarity with KPIs like engagement and reach; willingness to learn social SEO and measurement tools.
Soft Skills:
Solid communication skills, including clear writing for audience interaction. Good organisation and time management to juggle entry-level tasks. Adaptability and a growth mindset to thrive in the dynamic working environment.
Education & Experience:
Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or in progress) are encouraged to join. 0-2 years of relevant experience, such as internships and freelance gigs.
