Able to plan, organize, control and lead the Kitchen team, responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency.What you will doCoordinate the selection, training, development, and evaluation of employees.Demonstrating the ability to craft and develop attractive and innovative menus that aligns with the restaurants concept and standards.Uphold exceptional customer relations and interactionsExhibit strong leadership skills and communication skills and the ability to work independently, cost control and managing kitchen operations efficiently.Embody the spirit of a team player, contributing positively to our collaborative work environment, providing effectively training and guiding and support to the culinary team.With HACCP knowledge, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.What you bring

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
