Job Description


  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever required.
  • No specific education level required.
  • Required language(s): English / Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and all kitchen crew to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.
  • Assist Head Chef & Sous Chef on daily routine work.
  • Assist to lead, develop, manage, motivate and train the kitchen crew.
  • Food presentation and creating decorative food displays.
  • R&D to improve and manage the menu with the Head Chef and all kitchen crew.
  • Assist in handling suppliers, ordering costs, and inventory management.
  • Responsible for the standard and quality of food production adhering to food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist to plan and execute the deployment of the kitchen crew.
  • Protect kitchen assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
  • Assist to plan and implement new ideas and work closely with Management.
