Introduction

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be matching great talent with top companies across Malaysia's most exciting industries - from tech to construction to oil & gas. We work 4 days a week from 10am - 6pm or 11pm to 7pm (32 hours per week) Location: Guoco Tower, DC Mall, Jalan Damanlela, Bukit Damansara

Role

You will be connecting with, messaging and speaking to working professionals about the jobs we are recruiting for. You will support our team of top performing recruiters to pipeline talent for our clients. From there you will help coordinate and prepare people for interviews. You will learn how to find hidden talent, engage with them in creative ways and build your confidence and communication skills.

Career path

A typical recruiter with 3 years of experience earns RM6,000-8,000 basic salary (plus another RM3,000-6,000 in bonus each month for top performers).

We provide all the training, support and 1-2-1 coaching you will need to succeed. In return you must bring a positive, can-do attitude and willing to try new things Be on-time, roll your sleeves up, be confident, find your voice, and get stuck in!
