Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated

Talent Placement Executive

to connect skilled candidates with the right opportunities while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role combines candidate placement delivery with client engagement, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for both employers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including profiling, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding Represent GSP to clients, aligning workforce needs with our talent pool Secure and manage job orders to support placement outcomes Build and sustain strong client relationships for ongoing placement opportunities Collaborate with internal training and career development teams to ensure candidates are market-ready Represent GSP at client meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements Track placement progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
