In Customer Support different functions are working together to create an amazing cyber security experience for our customers and partners. The teams consist of highly dynamic Cyber Security professionals who have a common passion and dare to be the best. We are now looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur in a hybrid work model.

In this role you will provide software technical support to our Global English-speaking customers and partners, by online chat, community, email and phone.

This is a 24/5 shift position. Working hours are Monday to Friday with three rotating shifts on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities in this role:

• Provide software technical support to our customers and partners in terms of our products and services.
• Support our Technical Support team with knowledge and expertise.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence future product improvement and development.
• Create and modify documentation and articles, following KCS methodology.

What are we looking for?

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma and/or Degree in IT.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Additional language will be added advantage.
• Good collaboration skills to fit into our international work environment.
• Working experience in a global support center would be added advantage.
• At least 3 years working experience in technical support role.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server family.
• System administration experience in SMB or SME environments including scope of Active Directory , LDAP, DNS, domain registration and administration.
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), firewalls and logs analysis ).
• Ability to perform detailed log analysis and deep troubleshooting.
• Networking concepts (TCP/IP, network security and LAN/WAN technologies).
• Microsoft product certified will be added advantage.
• Ability to work in 24/5 shift rotation (only weekdays). Rotation will be done bi-weekly.
