Job Description

Responsibility:

To service and repair kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners and general electronic equipment. To perform quality check on own and other staffs assembled equipment. To perform error search / troubleshooting of the equipment. To follow strictly service and repair guidelines provided by manufacturers. To follows up on spare parts stock level to ensure low wastage & excellent bookkeeping. To achieve service and repair KPI set by manufacturers. To work closely with Customer Service team to bridge technical knowledge and managing customer's expectation To participate actively in improvement activities for quality, delivery, cost and safety objectives and will support continuous improvement through Kaizen. To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Professional Certificate, Diploma Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Interns are encouraged to apply. No work experience is required. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Must be a critical thinker with a troubleshooting mindset Proactive and able to work outside working hours to ensure job assignment is manageable. Priority will be given with those driving licenses with GDL
