Minimum SPM qualification (Technical / Vocational certificate is an advantage)
Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical repair
Physically fit and able to perform hands-on maintenance tasks
Willing to work overtime and travel for outstation projects when required
Responsible, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

Perform routine maintenance and repair work for factory & warehouse facilities (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, mechanical, etc.)
Assist in troubleshooting and fixing technical issues to ensure smooth daily operations
Support project installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks
Maintain tools, equipment, and ensure workplace safety standards are followed
Report and update maintenance records to the supervisor/manager
